Such a cute little local cafe!! The bingsoo was probably one of the best I've had! Very milky, not too icy and had a good amount of toppings for the amount of bingsoo. You can't go wrong with any of the choices. The croffles were so delicious as well. On top of the tasty desserts, the atmosphere is very cute with lovely decor! I've been back several times and I highly recommend it! Be sure to bring your stamp card!

Amazing hand crafted bingsu. Best I've had so far. Unlike a lot of places where you only get 1 or 2 layers of topping, Fluffe cafe has multiple layers in the injoelmi bingsu I ordered. The environment is super cozy. Well worth the price.

I was craving some shave ice-cream and I decided to come here. Turns out they had more then just that! The strawberry matcha was a fun new way to drink my normal matcha drink. The croffle salmon is so good! The dough is super fluffy and the salmon so savory. And as dessert I tried the shaved Mango Bingsoo. The sweetness is perfect. Not too strong and just refreshing and delicious. I am really happy I found this place!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. They have a menu focused on Korean treats, including several bingsoo options. We tried the croffle strawberry and the banana & Nutella, it was a perfect blend of a croissant and a waffle, it was delicious. The strawberry latte was a delightful touch as well. The overall vibe is perfect for a relaxing visit. I highly recommend it!
