Fluffle Cafe officially opened end of August last year, and yes, the hype is real. Come for the bingsoo, especially the Mango Bingsoo, basically every table had one! The mangoes themselves are sweet and juicy, though fair warning: they drizzle an extra sweet mango syrup on top. As for the drinks, let’s just say stick to the desserts. I love this place! The strawberry croffle and creamy salmon croffle are my favorites! The staff are super welcoming and kind, I love Gina, she is super nice and always welcomes us with a warm smile and great customer service! It’s a blessing having this cafe in our community 💗🙏
I tried the mango bingsu here and it was really delicious. What I liked the most was that they didn’t use frozen mango — the fresh mango made the dessert taste much better and easier to enjoy.
The portion and price were also very reasonable for the quality. On top of that, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
I would definitely come back again for the mango bingsu!
