We ordered two dozen of oysters. They are all very tiny and not fresh. I had oysters there before used to be fresh and big. The waiter just let us keep waiting for the bill and chat with other waiter. Not worth 40 dollars at all. VERY

Its a nice pub like spot in Richmond. The service was friendly and cordial. Very kid friendly. Unfortunately the food was quite bad. The English muffin for the veggie benny tasted stale. The quantity of food for the avocado toast was abysmal. The salad was bland. The waffles and french toast were decent. A bit too pricey for the quantity and quality of food provided. Not sure I ll be back again.Vegetarian options: Good selection of vegetarian options. Non veg items could be modified as well.Kid-friendliness: They had highchair and boosters but no kids menu.

Through word of mouth, a friend told us this place and her friend told her, and a friend told her friend who told her, and so on....Long story short, "Happy Hour, 7 Days A Week, 3 to 6 pm... Dozen oysters $12. All Small Bites $12"We came here for just the oysters. We haven't had oysters for over a year. Where we came from, each oyster costs $2 to a whopping $30 each, depending on the restaurant and type of oyster. Restaurants that offered $2 to $3 per oysters all have strings attached. So, seeing a dollar an oyster, we were drooling. The oysters were a little small, but still, it was pretty good. I downed 2 dozens in minutes out of 4 dozens for our party of four. We would've eaten more if we weren't worried about shellfish food poisoning or diarrhea. Where we come from, this is a common problem. We are really not that brave. So, this time, we were testing the water. If we are still alive after tonight, we will be back for sure!We also tried all of the "Small Bites $12". They were ok, although I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. These kinds of snacks, you can find all over the town..[Update: March 8, 2024]We had happy hour here a few more times after my last review 4 months ago. Each time, the oysters were smaller and smaller. This time, however, is the last straw. They were the smallest, most un-meaty or malnourished shucked oysters I've ever eaten in my life. And to make matters worse, they now cost 50% more. They used to be $12 a dozen; now, they're $18 per dozen. At $18 a dozen, there is no reason to come here anymore. Also, whoever shucked our oysters needs to learn how to shuck oysters. There are so many shell shards embedded in each oyster that one can easily chip a molar. Sheesh!.

First time here and got their blue ribbon lunch special ($12). It was fish and chips and the portion was quite big for lunch so I was pretty satisfied with that. The fish was crispy which is exactly how I like it :) I was pleasantly surprised and would consider coming back here again!

Showed up around lunch with group (11)from cheerleading competition at Richmond oval. Nice walking distance from the oval. Everyone enjoyed their food and service was very good. The smoked brisket Benny and freebird old fashioned were spectacular. If we were closer would come more often.

Fairly decent joint in Richmond. Tied to the hotel. Good beer selection and food is good as well.
Had a voucher from the hotel since hotel was not very good. Found out the restaurant has menu heavy on dairy, no brown bread to sub for sourdough and order was put in with scrambled eggs, which my elderly mother and I can not have . Would not recommend this place. We are from out of town and this was our first visit. Staff are extremely polite but not impressive menu and need more attention to detail.

Our server was so friendly and helpful. The food was exceptionally delicious, especially the oysters, fried chicken dinner with waffles and the fried veggies! My kids loved the food too. Chill vibes. Happy hour is also a great deal! The only thing that was a bit disappointing to me but a welcomed treat for my husband was the wings, they aren’t fried.Kid-friendliness: High chair available, staff friendly towards kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible restaurant with lots of tables with chairs that can be moved and accessible washroom as well.
