Please wear more masks and add more plastic to shield you from your paying customers sheep girls
terrible attitude AND I can't believe they charge for straws, a drink store actually charges for straws, why don't you charge for cups 😂😅
We've purchased bubble tea there several times over the course of the last 8 years. The 2 for 1 bubble is a great deal and for the most part, have been satisfied with their drinks. Last Saturday, we did the 2 for 1 and asked for zero sugar. The drinks tasted watery and had little tea or milk flavor. We took the drinks back and the employee that served us told us the drink is exactly the way it should be and the reason why it tasted this way is because we asked for zero sugar.
I feel the real reason the drink tasted this way is because they used too much water and made a weak tea. She reluctantly gave us two new ones, but the problem is, the same weak tea was used and this time around, even less dairy was added. At this point we just said, "Whatever. Not worth haggling over the 2 for 1." Just by looking at the drinks and it's color, it's very obvious it was not up to it's usual standards. And the fact that it was zero sugar does not explain why the tea flavor was so weak. If there was sugar, it would of just tasted like sugar water. Mistakes happen and people have off days, but what bothers me is the worker's belligerent attitude in not accepting any responsibility to fact that the drinks she made may not have been up to their usual standards and adamantly insisting we were the ones that have a problem.
We'll go there again because of the fantastic 2 for 1, and keep our fingers crossed hoping we get our usual drink.
I would give a 0 if I could. The server was super rude. He was very impatient when I asked him a question. The Mango Pomelo Sago had no Pomelo. Mango did not taste like mango and the sagos were frozen. I would not recommend this place at all.
Always come here for the lychee slush with pearls or the kiwi slush (: super refreshing!
I wished there was an option to give zero stars. I ordered lychee slush and they gave me slush. I told them it's missing the lychee flavouring. There is not even a hint of lychee. The cashier insisted there is lychee syrup and refused to (a) remake my drink and/or (b) give a pump of lychee syrup. I paid $8 for literally ice and sugar. Disgusting drink, disgusting service. Do not go here.

If I could give zero stars I would.Ordered two lemon tea from one of the food vendors who told me to pick up from this place just a few stalls over. There was no one when I got there and spoke to the elderly lady and gave her the tickets from the food vendor lady. She accepts them and from what I assumed , started to make my drinks.Few min later another lady came, maybe put in an order online but it took awhileThen her drinks finally come after standing for 15 min.I am still waiting for 2 lemon ice tea. This lady doesn't communicate on wait time , won't make eye contact. And then proceed to take new customer orders. My husband had to eventually step in and ask for the vouchers back so we could get refunded from the food vendor. And she had the audacity get mad at my husband. We got our refund from the food vendor but after all this time waiting, our food had gone cold.Maybe we weren't chinese enough for her .I will never go and support that business ever.
The service was very poor. I bought the buy-one-get-one-free milk tea, and then I asked for ice, but both cups were not full. They said they would not be filled without ice. The most amazing thing was that there was still a lot of difference between the two cups. It was made by different people, so the two cups are different.
underrated

Ordered a purple rice yoghurt drink. I rarely ever order drinks like these because I simply can’t justify the $7 price tag for a tiny drink. The drink itself was decent enough but the rice saturated at the bottom and I ended up trying to scoop up most of it after finishing the yoghurt. The service person spoke too softly and it was hard to hear in a noisy food court.

By far one of the most disgusting service behaviours I've experienced. My colleagues and I stopped by for a quick lunch at the mall and decided to get drinks from Fresh Elements. One of my colleagues inserted the straw and the plastic cup broke instantly (a crack that happened in the middle of the cup mind you - aged plastic?), causing milk tea to spill across the table and onto our clothes. He then goes to the store to get some tissue (this becomes important). After cleaning ourselves and the table up (with the help of the mall staff), we decided to go check with Fresh Elements to see if they could replace his drink.Initially, the male staff seemed understanding and acknowledged that they could make a replacement drink for my colleague free of charge. He even suggested we could throw the broken cup with 30% milktea in the garbage nearby. My colleague was genuinely happy because he didn't think that they could accomodate that. Here's where the ridiculous part happens... We waited 10 minutes and they still didn't give my colleague the drink so we went to ask.Their response? "We actually cannot remake it, but if you're willing to pay half price, we can"So they lied. They acknowledged they can remake the drink free of charge, made us wait 10 minutes, decided not to tell us they were actually not making the drink, and finally telling us it comes at a price.I called them out and told them this is not how they should do business, they could have given us a firm no, but they chose to lie to us and waste our time.Eventually, their manager (I assume) comes and says that because my colleague didn't instantly tell them about the spill and asked for tissue instead, they cannot make a new drink free of charge. If my colleague had talked about the spill right away, they would be happy to accomodate. The few of us were dumbfounded. How in the world is this EVEN a reason. We explained we had to clean up the spill first, but they just kept repeating the same gibberish. The manager adds, "If you show me the broken cup, I can make it for you". The same cup they told us to throw away after showing them initially. Ultimately, we just left pretty angrily.Terrible experience. This is not how you do business. If you cannot make it from the get go, be honest and we'll cope with it (my colleague didn't even expect it). Don't LIE and then keep moving the goal post when confronted.I even heard them make a remark about my Indian colleague as we left (in Chinese).

Very picturesque bubble tea.
Double charged me for pearls. Bought 1 honey milk tea (with pearls) and one mango slush. Receipt showed 0.50 for pearls in English, then another 0.50 line that said "珍球" which translates to "pearl ball."

The picture on the menu shows that the germ milk tea has pearls. When I ordered, I asked the waiter if I could add the pearls in the germ milk tea to the honey milk tea. There are no pearls in the germ milk tea. He said that I could get the receipt and later found out that the pearls were extra. I paid for it? When I was getting the drinks, I asked another female waiter if there should be pearls in this germ milk tea. She told me that if there were no pearls, I would have to pay extra. I said, but there are pearls on the picture, she told me. I said it was just like that, the pearls had to be added with hhhhh, I was speechless.
