This is my regular shopping store for quick needs. I love the sales, love the ppl in general here.Today you must of had a corporate party, ya'll were converging together (5 or 6) taking over the aisles.The first thing ya'll should do is make way for your customers, everytime i wanted to walk down an aisle, i had to walk all the way around because ya'll kept blocking it. Im on a mission to grab the things i need, i dont have time to constantly to dodge or go around your little chat parties. It was annoying and frustrating. I just drop my basket and left. There was no courtesy to even try and move out of the way for customer to shop. Yall just busy chatting and had no clue or care for your customers around you, trying to get there shopping done.Its disgusting enough that yall are profiting from this inflation, now you stub ur nose up to ur own customers trying to buy ur products.SMH

Definitely the best FreshCo around. Shelves well stocked, lots of BIG in-store specials only at this store has. Much more customer focused and professionally run in comparison to other grocery stores in Richmond. My guess is this store is owned and operated by a very seasoned retailer as it show, Well done!

I really wish this freshco had a better meat selection. Half the time the meat is on its last day.

Fruits and vegetables are rotten or moldy. Meat expires the day your there or a day later. Store not easy to navigate boxes in aisles. The positive reviews here are fake . You can believe the negative reviews

Great place to shop for groceries. But you have to be careful when buying bread or produce. I have seen mouldy bread when it wasn't close to expiry. Or produce that doesn't look great. Needs to be cooler in the store maybe.
Good prices. Fabulous sales on grocery items. Minimal service.

Sad to report this is the worst grocery store I ever been in. The front door was broken so I squeezed through the exit door to find boxes stacked on end isles (get your own cans out of the boxes), sparse options in meats - no fresh fish. We bought a bag of carrots that turned out to be slimy and one day short of expiry. This store feels more like a food bank! Hopefully the food bank offers fresher stuff…

I love to shop here because of the location and especially on deal days they have great bargains. They have some unique brands which are great and reasonable which makes us come back here again and again!
