Terrible business practices! I ordered 3 day juice cleanse on Feb 11th through their app, employee calls me 15 minutes later that they can’t fulfill my order. So I ask for refund, employee says I will let the owner know and cal you back. She never called me back. Next day I call again, I spoke to a different employee and explained to them what had happened, again employee says it’s up to the owner I will call them and call you back. I called at least five times to follow up on my refund they eventually told me owner will call me back, left my name and number. And I’ve heard nothing…. I eventually had to contact my credit card company and Freshii HQ to get my refund 11 days later!

Terrible service very unprofessional. The person working there had no idea what they were doing so I eventually just asked for a refund. They did not know how to offer a refund and my experience was an absolute disaster not to mention their sign looks like it’s about to fall off.

I came from a far distance 10 minutes before they close. But they refused to sell food which takes 1 minutes to make. Won't come back to this place.

Disgusting. Just got a kale ceasar wrap and it was terrible. Very dry. Did not taste good at all.Never eating here again waste of money had 3 bites and threw it out.
I am currently waiting here for a Skip order Sunday March 13 around 7pm. The young girl working went above and beyond with customer service in helping walk in customers as well as making sure to stay in contact with me as I waited. I hope the owners see this and she is given the proper credit for dealing with a busy time of day with professionalism and amazing customer service. Well done

Driving from Seattle towards Whistler, made a pit stop to grab some food. Everything was fresh and delicious. Created my own bowl with lots of veggies and got a green smoothie
