I had a very disappointing experience here. Ordered a slice of pizza, and it was barely heated—just for a few seconds—and tasted awful. I couldn’t even finish it and had to throw it out, which felt like a complete waste of money. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The staff had a noticeable attitude problem despite me being polite and well-mannered in my interaction. This level of service and food quality is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.

Came on a Friday night at 10pm.. terrible customer service with lots of attitude when I asked about what kind of pizza was on the display. Ordered a slice of meat lovers and the pizza was barely warm after she heated it up for no more than 3 seconds. I regret eating it.. as I’m worried I’ll get food poisoning now because who knows how long it’s been out for.

Ordered a Fiesta Pesto pizza on DoorDash and received a completely different pizza than described. I called the store and it turns out the pizza was made correctly but the description was entered wrong. The girl I talked to just insisted she made it right and the restaurant is not at fault was super defensive. I received a different product than described so it only made sense that I call to clear it up. DoorDash refunded me but that girl could use a lesson in customer service. See things from the customer’s perspective, jeez.
