Will never purchase from this location again. I ordered a Hawaii pan pizza. It was burnt and thin like a paper, I wonder if this is called a pan pizza then how is a thin pizza gonna be like. Also it’s super salty and oily.

I just ordered and paid EXTRA on UberEats for their buy 1 get 1 free GLUTEN FREE Italian feast pizzas(as I have a high sensitivity to gluten), but I received BOTH pizzas WITH GLUTEN!! I know, because I have been eating/buying gluten free foods, and known about my food sensitivities for over a decade now since I was tested. My family and I have ordered and had gluten free pizzas(and pizzas with gluten for my family members with no gluten sensitivities)from many different Fresh Slice locations and have eaten and tried a variety of gluten free pizzas out there since they started making them. So I know the difference between the pizzas WITH gluten and the ones WITHOUT.
When I called to address the issue with them in a mature manner, she kept insisting that "[she's] sure, she remembers [she] made the pizzas with gluten free dough..", even though I explained my knowledge, experiences described above and knew it was NOT gluten free. She didn't even apologize, or care to believe me, or try to compensate me somehow for the poor customer service, mistake, giving me attitude, and not only that, mid conversation she FLAT OUT HUNG UP ON ME! 😧 Never ordering from this location again and highly recommend any other location, especially the location in Steveston Village, where they gave me exceptional customer service and kindly offered me dipping sauces on the house! Ironwood location is great as well 👌🏽

When you can't sleep at 4am and the only delivery options within 30 minutes is pizza guess it will have to be 🫤 at least chicken wings fresh and juicy, but can't say much for the messy pizza 🍕

Multiple times I've been here for Uber Eats pick up and staff tell me they're not making the order because they're closing soon. Wasted my time and gas many many times. If you're not going to accept orders until close, change your store hours on courier apps so you don't keep baiting people.

I ordered online last night around 8:30 pm. I grab my xl cheese pizza as requested by my kid for his dinner and went home. When I open the pizza it's burnt and overcooked. It's hard and and taste yucky. No one in my family eat the pizza and I just put it in the garbage. I am very pissed off because of this. What a waste of my $ 22.
I ordered a medium Hawaiian with extra chicken topping. It was one of the worst tasting pizza. The dough and the ingredients tasted so off base. I have to discard the balance of the pizza after eating 3 slices.

Out of three times I went there, twice they did not credited the rewards to my account. The second time I specifically asked about the rewards and they assured me “they will show up soon”. Never seen those reward points anyway. Although it’s the closest FreshSlice to my home, I’m not going there anymore. There’s another FreshSlice at Steveston, along with at least 4 more pizza places.

Edit: Came in for getting an unlimited topping pizza again. The staff should wash their hands after handling cash right before they prepare pizzas.
Have visited this location for several times during the afternoon time. Got their medium unlimited topping pizza this evening and it’s the best pizza. The crust was soft ( the crust was a bit hard previously )and the toppings were fresh. The staff were very polite and friendly. My pizza was ready in five mins. Glad to have this fresh slice in my neighborhood.

Went in for the 99 cent Canada Day special. Limit 3 slices per customer but they limited it to only 1 per customer. And they only told you at the till and didn’t put any notice at the door or anywhere else so I had to wait in a very long line until I found out.
Already at the front, and wanting more than 1 slice, I asked for their 8 slices deal. But they wouldn’t give any slices in the warmer because they couldn’t “empty the warmer” (even though there were well over 20 slices available). Only option was to cook a new pizza and wait another 15 minutes.
Had to walk out with nothing after all that and not support this store.
