Must say the food is super delicious, but the people working here should be more aware of the tables once they drop off the food, I was having lunch with my family of 4, everyone got there food, I tried to be patient and waited for my food, waitress pass by never look at the table or us or ask if we need it anything, after my family was half way done with their food I decided go ask the girl say I’m so sorry it will only take 5 minutes 13 minutes went by at this point I had eating half of my daughter soup and was full, I asked for my soup to go, got the bill with cero discount I had to ask if I was going to even had a small discount for the mistake they made they gave us a 10% which is ok I’m no here to complain about a discount but more for a mistake my advised to the manager is to train your staff everytime they drop off food1- they should come back after they drop off the food to check if eveything is ok if customer need anything2- alway be aware of the tables if you see 3 people eating and one is not then go and check right away.

Small traditional Japanese ramen shop serving fully authentic ramen with tonkatsu miso or shoyu broth choices. Didn’t see shio (salt) broth ramen but they offer the full slate of expected choices - naruto, bamboo shoots and more, plus fresh brew beer, various Japanese imported beverages and side plates like gyoza. Delicious full flavoured ramen in all its rich satisfying glory - very yum!

Good place, spacious environment for a ramen shop. Ramen is a bit salty, but taste good, next time I ll ask for light salt. gyoza and karrage were good. service was attentive and fast. Would come back.Parking: Free parking lot at the back of the complex.

I don’t know what to say but if you like super rich broth, you can come here. I am not a person who wastes food, but I just couldn’t fish it otherwise I’ll puke at the table. I really don’t know this is too good or too bad, and I personally think it is expensive, for a noodle at $10-12 in Japan, it will be $25-27 here.

Ramen restaurant on Alexandra Rd that’s been there for many years now. Broth is rich and super filling. The original broth is very flavorful that you can drink most of it but the spicy broth called Rcmp lacks the same flavorfulness so don’t recommend drinking it.

It was snowing with rain in the morning. I was hungry as I didn’t have breakfast. I looked for a nearby place for lunch with my family in Richmond and found this restaurant. I’ve been to their joint in Steveston before and this time I visited this location in Alexandria Road.We ordered three miso ramen and a dish of gyoza. I emphasised total three bowl of ramen and the server still got it wrong… only two bowls were served. The ramen, as described on the notice, has a rich taste. The broth tasted quite rich with big portion. It wasn’t impressive but nothing to complain about.Fried gyozas were fine. This place is not very spacious like their one in Steveston. Generally the environment is clean and tidy. There are parking lots nearby and it is very convenient if you go there by driving.
