Poor customer service. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and asked that they have one be on whole wheat bread instead of English muffin and they refused. “No changes.” We would have even paid $1 extra, but apparently it’s impossible for them to use bread, even though they had a loaf right there. I would think a couple pieces of bread wouldn’t cost more than an English muffin so I don’t understand the problem.

Came to order breakfast before my flight and saw a genuine act of kindness. The woman behind the counter went out of her way to assist another customer in a wheelchair to move the table chairs out of the way so they could sit at the table and enjoy breakfast. Wanted to give a good review so she gets recognized - apologies I did not catch her name. It was at 6:45 am on February 1, 2024. Thank you for making the world a little brighter!

Stopped in for a late and breakfast sandwich it was super fast yummy and not expensive
Hoping to grab a bite before our second flight of the day we shelled out for two meals that were never to appear before our flight took off. It can't have been a mystery that they could not fulfill the order in time but they just kept taking orders and filling none. Given that most of us were coming off of a delayed flight, and this must happen with some regularity, you would think that ethically, they would do things differently. Will never eat here again. I may not live here, but I'm visiting family and will do so again as well as share my experience. Nothing worse than being being taken advantage of when already hangry.
