Im a filipino mom who always has cravings for filipino bread, especially their Pandesal and Tasty bread. Their pandesal is baked daily and i always buy it straight from the oven! A lot of variety of breads were displayed too. Their bread tastes so good with the right taste and texture. When i came by the store, i saw these freshly-baked hotdog buns too---it smells really good!š You can even smell it from the outside!

We were disappointed and frankly embarrassed that the Challah we bought on Wednesday with expiration date of Saturday was āearthy tastingā and smelled musty and moldy by Friday. Whatever this bakery has done since they bought from the previous owners is not working and is ruining their previously good reputation. Consider a different bakery until they improve. We will not buy from them again.

Iām not sure if thereās a new owner since I last dropped by several years ago, but the quality has seriously declined! I was so excited to get a black sesame ring and a cinnamon babka and they were both COMPLETELY DRY!! I feel like I just threw away my money. I hope this was a one off. The Asian man at the desk was also very dry and not welcoming

i've been coming to this bakery for years and it never disappoints! the staff are always welcoming, it's been newly renovated, and the bread is delicious. they have filipino and jewish bread, and my favourites are the pandesal and jelly donuts. their eggbread is also very soft :)
Dietary restrictions: because it's kosher, it is good for lactose intolerant people
Parking: it's located in at garden city shopping centre, where there is plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: lots of sweet treats for the little ones to enjoy

Very disappointed! Bought 12 jelly doughnuts yesterday for Hanukkah - no jelly inside the doughnut in any of them. Just 1 dab outside the hole where the jelly is to be inserted. I have photos as proof.And doughnuts are dry. Unacceptable

*Small Family Bakery*Our family moved to this neighbourhood years ago and this bakery has always been here at the local mall.No non-sense, fresh, homemade breads, croissants, muffins, jam donuts, Challah and much more!!We usually come here for their Raspberry Jam Donuts and Cinnamon Rolls .. believe me they don't last long in our kitchen!!Great to have a family own and operated small bakery in our neighbourhood!!
