Went on a whim after big shopping spree. Service was quick and kind. Got Paneer Tikka Masala with Garlic Naan. For drinks we got Chai and Salty Lassi. Lassi could have used more salt though. Quantity was really less for the dish compared to others. Everything was tasty except for Lassi and Dessert. For dessert we got Gajar Halwa which was not good at all and was neither hot. Ambience was pleasant. Must try once though.

Really good food, but the online ordering process needs some work. It works, but it’s bad. But the food is amazing! Been ordering from here every few weeks.

All kudos to Manvinder Bhatia and team at Ginger Indian cuisine in Richmond. The dinner provided for our office Christmas party was delicious. The service was excellent, and the quantity was amazing. Manvinder went way and beyond to give us a good discount and deliver the food to Richmond Hospital Environmental department for free, He delivered the appies at 5 pm and dinner at 8 pm. The service was excellent. This is the second time we are ordering with this restaurant and will continue to do so. Thank you Manvinder and Team. "C-".. it seems that they have given up on creating anything to come back for.
The service was fine, I was well attended to. Just popped in for some lunch and order a few dishes.
Coconut Shrimp : Flavourless .. just a frozen Costco/ Sysco product. No flavour at all. why not get get some fresh prawns marinade them, and have a delicious appetizer ? Simple.
Mushroom Masala.. tasted like a re-heated dish.. no authentic Indian flavours or texture at all... not bad just far far from good.
Spinach Naan: Big disappointment .. soggy with a strange cheese texture and almost no spinach.
I dont like to complain .. i had high hopes. I read a review in the Richmond paper ..speaking of the quality of this place. I did not have that experience.

the. food is here is to die for its very hard to find so many varieties in vegetarian food very impressive. nust try their chilli mushrooms and paneer tikka masala. environment and service pretty much to its peak

The food was terrible here. The chicken was deep fried with a sauce on it. The washroom stunk of mold and mildew - so much that I couldn’t stand being in there. It was clear there had been an issue there-the fan was removed and the cover lying on the ground. They should not have been opened! It was a Friday night at 7 pm and there were 2 other customers in the restaurant (which speaks volumes). We won’t be back. The food at the food court would have been far superior at 30% the cost.

must say the food is to the perfection very home likely feeling home sick should visit this place the ambience the food the customer service very nice , overall worth it to try. their aloo kulcha tried yesterday same as we eat in amritsar. both of the servers were super nice.
