We always stay at the Fairmont YVR before our vacation. We usually dine here also. The cocktails are expensive but top quality. We had excellent service for both dinner and breakfast. The atmosphere is always lovely with the live guitar. I ordered the 12oz strip loin for $58. I ordered it medium rare and it came medium-well at best. Came here for the Valentine's Day afternoon tea. Our favorite was the savory sandwich and the chocolate cake. Love that they have a vegetarian menu since not all places have that for afternoon tea. Price is reasonable. They gave a little surprise with cookies as a small gift, which was greatly appreciated
