After waiting for an hour, a cold dish was served. The hot dish finally came and was undercooked?

Kung Pao Chicken ?
The lunch set priced at $29 comprises a delightful combination of boiled fish and beef with peas. The pricing is quite reasonable, and the flavors are rather pleasing. However, there could be a slight improvement in the starch content of the boiled fish. Furthermore, the interior decor carries a charming touch of Chinese aesthetics, adding to the overall dining experience.

The environment in the store is great and I like every dish, especially the freshly roasted beef and Bobo Chicken! This time I also bought their pickled radish, which is delicious and crispy. Highly recommended!

Average taste
If there is anything that goes best with winter, it can only be a hot pot of mutton hot pot. The mutton hot pot in this restaurant is really amazing. I have eaten a lot of mutton in hot pot. Either the meat is fake or the smell is very strong, but the mutton hot pot in this restaurant is very fresh and has no smell, but the unique aroma of mutton. .

As a person from Sichuan, I can say with confidence that this is handsdown the best Sichuan Food in Greater Vancouver. Fresh and big portions. And it is clean and hygienic without diarrhea, which is rare. The only thing that can be improved is the rice quality. Fresh ingredients used for every dish I tried. This is quite rare for a lot of Chinese restaurants. You can taste the freshness. And reasonable price for how big the portion is. And surprisingly it is not too spicy. Rice could be better quality, but this is just nitpicking. Highly recommended for lovers of Sichuan food.
