Floors looks alike it hasn't been mopped for days. Water puddle infront of washroom door. Not taken care of. (Safety hazard) A guy sitting at the back with glasses seems like a bf of the worker there, vaping.
Tables have not been cleaned and there are customers there still. Only one staff.

The attitude here is unbelievable. From the moment I walked in, the employee didn’t greet me or respond to anything I said or asked. When I got home, I realized my order was wrong as well. I’ve been to this store twice, and both times the experience was the same — disappointing and frustrating.

Hi, I tried this place for the first time. I never post reviews but this place is so nice that I had to. The place is clean, chill, nice and the vibe is just amazing with the chill music! The price is really affordable, I had 2 drinks and 1 Baconchesse Waffle. It was really tasty and enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place.

Royal milk tea reminds me more of a roasted milk tea. I got my drink with no ice but it came just slightly empty. I'm not sure if that was intentional.Overall not a bad experience but I don't think I would call it a 'royal milk tea'.

I ordered 4 drinks from this gongcha through uber eats and the first drink I tried was the Brown Sugar Milk-tea. I was chewing on some pearl when I felt a crunch, I spat it out and see that it was either a bee or a wasp. I puked all over because of the taste and had to threw out all the drinks because of safety reasons. Very disappointing with this one.
