Good bowl is a stretch... not terrible bowl would be more suiting... It's about an inch below mediocre. Its kind of like the restaurant across from them called pokey bowl... you select a bowl size, choose the protein and veggies, noodles, etc. and they have a whole bunch of sauces you can add when you're done. Then, after you pick your ingredients, they are cooked fresh for you. I'm going to admit that perhaps it was my fault that the dish wasn't very good, because you choose all your ingredients but the food was incredibly bland... zero flavor. I picked a teriyaki sauce to have my stuff cooked in, and I didn't taste teriyaki at all.

Had 3 bites and immediately felt sick. Smoothie was mediocre but the bowl went straight into the garbage where it belongs. Not a lot of variety and rushed to choose sauces. Rather have taken that $30 to Burger King and got some nuggets. Heard good things and have never been more let down. Almost as sad as when my grandpa died in world war 2. He didn’t fight it was just a heart attack though. You’re better off driving 20 minutes to real Mongolian place in Vancouver rather than this knockoff.

We eat here a lot. Clean, healthy options. Friendly staff. Last Sunday our lunch was somewhat tainted because you allowed another customer to eat with their dog on the table. This wasn't a service dog either. Staff told me that they had told these customers that dogs weren't permitted and that they were ignored. Your staff needs to step up. Next time I'm going to the health board.

Got the large Chicken Bowl with all the vegetables. It was divided between the two of us and it was sufficient! Discovered the place randomly but glad we found it.

We stumbled upon this gem, they immediately won my heart with the free-run chicken and juice options. We walked in 4 minutes before closing and Philomina was so sweet! She had just finished closing duties and cleaning up but still decided to take us and walk us through the bowls with patience, then proceeded to make our food with care. Japneet squeezed us a fresh juice on the spot. We would definitely come back just for the service! The healthy options are a bonus.
Really enjoyed eating here. I loved going out to new food places in the lower mainland and recently heard about Goodbowl through a friend.Went there and tried out their bowl with AJ’s mix sauce and wow it was amazing! Service was also outstanding and everybody working there was so kind and patient.Would recommend this location to many more people. Thank you!
