Chose Gordon Ramsay Steak for our anniversary expecting an exceptional experience worthy of the name and the premium prices. What we received was one of the most disappointing meals we've had in a long time. The Beef Wellington — supposedly the signature dish — was shockingly underwhelming. It had no beef flavor at all and lacked the richness and depth you would expect. For a restaurant that markets itself on this dish, it was inexcusable. The porterhouse steak was even worse. It was gamy, unpleasant, and tasted like poor-quality meat. For a high-end steakhouse charging top-tier prices, serving a porterhouse like that is unacceptable. Service and attention to detail were equally disappointing, it felt impersonal — just an overpriced meal that didn't deliver. When charge luxury prices, the food and service must match. This experience fell far below expectations and was not worth the cost. Sadly, The Keg or Chops would have been better choice without regrets. What high end restaurant applies service fee of 2% if using Visa or Mastercard. Would not recommend

My family and I had an amazing time, the food was amazing and so was the service. I will definitely come back again as long as there is Halal options available which was very accommodating.

Three of us went for dinner we had lamb, porterhouse, Caesar salad and mushrooms. We are used to paying for good food but it is pricey. The steak was some of the best we have ever had but the lamb was not cooked well the fat was not rendered. Drinks were all very well made and there is an excellent wine list, many options for glasses.

Food is good service very good but pricey. Tips is a bit tok much should top at 20% 15% is better.

The food was great as expected. I am a big fan of GR so my rating is based on the food. The view would be really nice in the daylight. Staff were friendly and maybe too talkative about themselves. We could only be seated on the patio which has heaters but was very chilly. Very linty blankets were provided and they immediately covered all our formal wear with very messy red lint. I don't think I should need to be offered a lint roller for an expensive dinner outfit being ruined. I think Gordon and Co could probably afford to provide much better quality heat and blankets.

Overall is good, from my personal experience I think they can improve their knowledge when serve a wine, the one thing is when opening the wine, the second things is how to cool down the different wine. Otherwise, the food is good, other services is good, and even they gave us their signature sticky toffee pudding as a surprise to my partner cause it is her late birthday dinner.👍

Delicious food great service! Prices a bit ridiculous 25 dollars for two scallops is a bit excessive

Hoped to enjoy dinner here to celebrate a birthday. We were seated next to the kitchen and my husband couldn't hear a word I said, so we sat in stony silence. Ordered warm bread, pork belly, Cornish hen, Angus steak and vegetables. The bread and pork belly arrived promptly, and were delicious, but then we were forgotten. We waited well over 40 minutes for our entrees. My husband order his steak medium and received it rare and at room temperature. By that time he was so frustrated he didn't want to wait any longer so ate it. One of the chefs did come out and gave him a taste of other beef, and the manager reduced our bill by $50, but we won't be back. We were attending the show afterwards, so didn't have time for a birthday dessert. Beyond disappointing.

Server was very knowledgable and helped us with food choices that were all excellent. Also, the hostess was very friendly and allowed us to move our seat to a more comfortable area. This was our anniversary dinner and we had a wonderful experience.

We are big Gordon Ramsay fans! And been waiting to try the beef Wellington for many years. This was quite an experience. A special thank you to Allan our server who made our evening really special. He went over and above from telling us stories about Gordon, gave us some insights on what to order, bringing us complementary taste of red wine that would pair with our dish, even going as far as to bringing the chef to our table as I mentioned I've made Wellington in the past, to give me some tips. It was truly a memorable experience and I really appreciate Allan taking the time to make us feel so welcome. I'm really passionate about food and being a food blogger it was really a special night for me. We loved the beef Wellington, we had the bone marrow as a side and as an appetizer enjoyed the pork belly. We ended the meal with a delicious sticky toffee pudding that was just divine. The drinks were very delicious as well. Look forward to coming again and recommending this restaurant!

Allan was a fabulous server. Restaurant was quite busy for a Wednesday. Table location wasn't the best as it was near the patio which made the set on the cooler side. I would have sat in the lounge if I had knows, otherwise, definitely worth going.
