It's really not as bad as most reviewers say. My wife and I loved it.

We ordered one of each: the $15.75 "Chef Seafood 金牌海鮮魚粉" and the $13.75 "Bittern Beef Stomach Noodle 鹵水牛肚粉". Both broths are the same, creamy fish broths — not too strong, not too salty. They were just right. I actually drank every drop and didn't experience thirst afterward.

No many people choose this healthier diet in this food court, however, you should try their noodle soup with grains-noodles.Real fish and pork broth are creamy and rich, very delicious with those topping.The price is pretty fair and worth for what you get.Food court atmosphere is not quite nice, pretty noisy even located at the corner. It is very clean and washroom close by.I would like to choose this one again when next time visit.

What a nourishing, healthy bowl of fish noodle soup. Not too salty, colourful multigrain noodles including a fragrant corn based yellow noodle, and a rich broth. Comes with lots of fish pieces, tofu, and boiled greens inside. Leaves you feeling good after you eat it and the bowl is big. It’s has a homemade, clean, healthy taste. Wonderfully unique and happy to find it in a mall food court.
