Had a Chiken sandwich that was like a patty. with shredded cabbage and a nice sauce. I had the home I e tea (cold drink with mint watermelon and slice of cucumber) but there was way too much ice in the cup, I fell I paid 5$ for ice. Total to about 15$ with tip. A bit pricey for what you get.

?????Disappointed. Came here for pho but there isn't pho. Please update the photos and online profiles to reflect current business offerings.

This used to be the best pho in the Vancouver area but since COVID-19 the prices went up exponentially and the quality went way lower. I used to eat here approximately 3-4 times a month and now I won’t go back.

The pho was ok. The ambience of the place needs a little bit of upkeep and renovation. Rest was ok.

Slow service, only one server. Food was slow too. Not as good as when they first open.

Amazing pho & amazing covid practices. I was so impressed by this restaurant. The service was super efficient & the staff were wonderful. They kept distance as much as possible, everything had been sanitized, and they actively collected contact info for tracing. On top of that the pho was really good.

Not sure what’s up with the Richmond location, my takeout Bún Bò Huế was skimped on the ingredients: no tofu chunks, no pork blood as suggested by menu description and picture. I was recommended this dish after someone recently had it from the Vancouver location, which shares the same menu on their website. And he definitely had those ingredients in his order. I feel cheated.

My son's favorite place to eat. Quite, good service, it was a nice place for my son to take his dad for father's day ?

I used to come here all the time as it was close to my house. Decent enough food for fair prices. They were closed for a few months following the COVID-19 pandemic. Once they reopened the prices increased 40% - 50%. The food and the service does not warrant this immense price increase. Im able to find much better pho places in Richmond for cheaper prices so theirs no point in me coming back to this place anymore.

Pho went from around $10 for a large, to $14 a bowl. The broth didn't taste as good as before. No longer worth coming here for pho when there are better and cheaper options.

Went there when they re-opened, sort of like a soft re-opening. New menu with less selection and the price did went up considerably. I suspect they had to increase price in order to cover commission for food delivery and maintain the same price between dine in and delivery. I ordered large beef pho, while the serving was generous and staffs were all polite, the broth was off a bit. As far as I understand, the old menu still remains in their computer so if you don't mind the price increase, you can still kindly ask if they could serve the old plate. The price increase is debatable without dramatic changes in quality but honestly you can't expect to eat cheaply these days in Richmond anymore. The days for a decent $2 drive through burger, $8 meal at a HK Cafe or $9 Pho noodle is pretty much history. I will still go there in the future, not as frequently as before since we are doing way more home cooking.

Finally they reopened, but price went up almost 40%. That kind of took away my main reason to always choose to eat here. At least the food quality remained same. Should be at least happy about that, I guess?

Come for the traditional design and quality, not the quantity. The large pho bowls here are comparable to the size of a small anywhere else in town! I'm all about supporting small, hole in the wall businesses but this caught me off guard.

Meal was good and service was fast. Restaurant appears a little outdated. Prices are good.
