My wife loves the chicken and I love the curry beef brisket. Always a go to spot
Had a decent meal from Hainan Kitchen via Uber Eats. The flavors were authentic, and the portion was fair for the price. Wouldn't mind ordering from them again.
DISGUSTING CHICKEN AND RICE.
They always serve old overnight rice. Not fresh at all. It happened 6 months ago. I tried to give them another chance.
However, it’s the same and it’s actually gotten worst than before.
Rice smell weird and taste weird. Definitely not fresh or a day old.
Chicken is super dry, rough, hard and the meat looks like an eraser texture. Any food court Hainese chicken rice in Richmond food court is better than this.
The price is the same as prataman but prataman is 10/10 delicious. This is only 0/10.
This is a big failure since they were good when they first started. I wasted $40.
Only took a few bites and had some chicken.
I stopped eating and felt sick. I’m throwing out the rest.
Friendly fast service. Good is always excellent.

Unpalatable. The curry chicken rice had no curry flavor at all and the chicken was drier than the soles of my grandma’s feet.

I like their hainan chicken, but how come the chicken rice can be so undercooked? Each grain has a hard core at the center, but some part of the rice is so soggy and sticking together… keep failing to cook the rice most of the time.
Fresh and bone tasteless chicken.
Traditional rice with chicken soup and oil.
Very nice service.
I did order full chicken combo with my daughter. Quantity is good for four people.
Took my daughter to eat Hainanese chicken. The boss doesn't have many nice things to say, but the lady boss is warm and hospitable.
We ordered a whole portion of Hainanese chicken, half breast and half leg. Enough to fill a whole takeout box of chicken. Chicken breast is juicy, fresh and sweet, and a good source of protein. The chicken thigh meat is skin-on and elastic, making it the first choice for those who want great taste. The chicken oil rice is stirred evenly, and every particle is clearly soaked up with chicken oil. We especially recommend the store’s homemade dipping sauce, green onion and ginger paste, green onion paste, and chutney.

It's pretty good for the price, I didn't expect much but it's worth what you paid for! I was impressed with the taste, sauce, rice, chicken was average but tender, salad ok, amount of ginger given was generous. Seating was comfortable too, can buy a drink on the side. Just missing the soup that I find in other Hainan places, would have paid more if they have soup. Great idea to serve the meal in take out boxes. Like this fast food restaurant, their tip starts at 10% quite fair!

Mediocre chicken and beef curry. Large portion (ordered the platter: whole chicken, beef curry, 2 x large rice and salad for $62.69) for the price but probably won’t be back.
