I like their hainan chicken, but how come the chicken rice can be so undercooked? Each grain has a hard core at the center, but some part of the rice is so soggy and sticking together… keep failing to cook the rice most of the time.

It's pretty good for the price, I didn't expect much but it's worth what you paid for! I was impressed with the taste, sauce, rice, chicken was average but tender, salad ok, amount of ginger given was generous. Seating was comfortable too, can buy a drink on the side. Just missing the soup that I find in other Hainan places, would have paid more if they have soup. Great idea to serve the meal in take out boxes.
