Good value in Admiralty Center food court. This place doesn't open every day, at least not in the morning. One day I finally caught them open and gave them a shot - it was definitely worth the $9 lunch combo: teriyaki chicken over rice, a side dish, soup or drink, 3 gyoza, and 3 assorted tempura.
