Their drinks are excellent, but their customer service is terrible. They speak in Chinese, and whenever we make even a small mistake or ask a question, they talk to each other as if making fun of us. It was a bit disappointing.

Hanlin Tea House is my favorite spot in Richmond! The drinks are always fresh and flavorful, and the cakes are beautifully made. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are super friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great tea and desserts!

Overprice and the cake is too sweet
It’s a quiet-ish tea house and has lots of bubble tea. Got seatings downstairs and upstairs. We brought our kid on the stroller downstairs and it was good! Has good AC on hot days too. Bubble tea was 10/10 - we got mango coconut smoothie

WILL RETURN. Cc accepted. Free parking lot. Lots of tea and topping selection. strong tea flavor. Tried hazelnut matcha roll. More expensive than other desserts available at the time. Worth it portion- and quality -wise. Roasted hazelnut and strong matcha flavour. Sitting areas available both on ground floor and upper floor. Good vibe.
Cozy environment with beautifully crafted drinks and high-quality desserts. Hanlin Tea House always surprises me in the best way—highly recommended!
