We came to this bakery just to grab some sweets, but quickly realized they don’t even have a restroom for customers. Before heading inside, we stopped for literally two minutes to use a washroom nearby. When we came back, we already had a $86 parking ticket waiting for us.
Absolutely unacceptable. This is nothing but a money grab and a disgraceful way to treat customers. Instead of welcoming people, they set traps to profit off parking fines. I would strongly warn anyone: do not support a place that operates like this. Shameful.

A friendly bakery, they make very good lo mai gai - lotus sticky rice. Highly recommended, good amount of meat and perfect for teens lunch.

Freshly baked in-house wiener buns and a very kind owner.
Terrible service!! I was the first one got there to order. There were few people ordered after me . They all got their food before me because this lady know them . And I waited for 25 mins still not ready . I told her give me back my money. I said why everyone behind me got their food before me. She said sorry sorry ur is coming. I won’t accept that took my money back and leave.

Watch out for mold on the packaged desserts! I got the glutinous balls with red bean. The special surprise was the green molding dots on the surface when I got home.
