Harold's Kitchen & Bar

Came in tonight for a birthday dinner and was very pleasantly surprised at how great it was. Our server Jessica was fantastic and very attentive and friendly Had burgers and south west salad and spin dip appie Will be back for sure

They are doing renovations should have told us prior to booking. The food fish and chips were terrible. Only bottle beer which came with a warm glass. Also it was noisy and cold.

Food & service were wonderful. Comfortable seating in a cozy booth. Generous portions & very good value. Nice menu with lots of choice

A great place inside the Sheraton hotel for a drink or meal. Service is always spectacular here. During the summer season, they also have an outdoor patio. One of the better hotel restaurants in the area.

I would like to thank Harold’s Kitchen Bar Entire Team from Management, Chef, Kitchen staff and Servers for the amazing 50th Birthday Celebration we had last Saturday, November 15th at their establishment for my wife. We are profoundly grateful with Manager Rubi for the well decorated and elegant table setting you arrange for our party, you exceeded our expectations, we were so pleased!! Thank you so much for giving us the exclusive privacy area, just for our party group! You were amazing. As well we would like to give amazing reviews to Jessica and Oswaldo for their amazing kindness, patience, and cheerful attitude serving our group. Your customer service was top notch!! far and beyond we had expected. The food as always delicious and came right on time!!!

18% tip is automatic! SO rude and unacceptable! Last time I support this establishment! Tip is based on service - guess this restaurant does not understand the concept!

Every time I stay at the Sheraton, I make sure to visit Harold’s — the food is always good, the happy hour is great, and in summer, the terrace is a total must!
But what truly makes this place special is Ani. She’s the kind of person who makes your day better just by being around. Always smiling, full of energy, and genuinely kind — she brings such a positive and joyful vibe to every table. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats everyone.

We all had different things but everyone was very happy with the food. I had the lamb shank which was delicious and very tender. Meatloaf and ribs were excellent. Butternut squash soup was good too. Service was excellent and we got a 20% seniors discount so we were pleasantly surprised!

Expect ZERO service.
I was seated for 30 minutes, no server assigned, not even a glass of water.

The place is a mess; tables are left dirty and uncleaned. Just horrible.

Eventually got my food, and the burger tasted like it had been microwaved.

Seriously, don’t come to this place if you don’t have to.

The food was delicious and the server was friendly. There was a pretty significant miss on the food delivery, which was disappointing..

Nice little place adjacent to the hotel lobby. Food quality and service are right on the par with all the other options on the strip of hotels on this street. Check it out, you will like your experience.

The meatloaf and mashed potatoes were incredible!!!
We had dinner here three times on our trip, our whole family loved the food and atmosphere. I appreciate when places do cool stuff for the kids!
