The food was OK but our instructions were not followed. Our server rectified it though. It is a large venue and we had a hard time getting a server's attention. The staff was friendly when we could talk to them.
Attentive services and shown initiative to frequent checking everything is well under organised
Highly recommend! Delicious food and our server, Jimmy W, was phenomenal 🙌
Great service especially by Henry for our group. Highly recommended.
Typical hotel restaurant, nothing special meals were over priced. Will not return.
We were incredibly disappointed with our Father's Day dining experience. We specifically ordered our steaks medium rare and medium, but they both came out dry and overcooked. To make things worse, the smashed potatoes had pieces of paper towel mixed in—we initially thought it was the potato skin, but it clearly wasn't. When we politely brought this up to our server, instead of addressing the issue appropriately, she asked if we wanted rice—a comment that felt racially insensitive and completely uncalled for. Just because we're Asian doesn't mean rice is the go-to solution. That interaction left us feeling disrespected and frankly, offended. Father's Day is meant to be a special celebration, but this experience left us angry and disappointed. For the price we paid and the occasion we were celebrating, this was unacceptable. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the food quality and the staff's behavior.
Hotel-adjacent restaurant (at a hotel in which we were not staying), serving decent enough fare. In search of a bog-standard plate of bacon and eggs in a neighborhood primarily populated by Asian restaurants, we stopped in a little before noon, hoping to take a crack at their breakfast menu, but were presented with only a lunch menu. Thankfully, a standard breakfast plate (unadvertised on the menu) was an all-day option, so we ordered that. While there was nothing remarkable about it, there was similarly nothing unremarkable about it, either...your typical boilerplate breakfast. It did the job.
Service was a bit spotty and forgetful (it took three tries to get waters delivered to the table), but pleasant enough. Harold might have passed on, but his contemporaries seem to be holding down the fort well enough in his honor.
We had a very enjoyable lunch. A restaurant was quiet. Our server was a delightful woman, and that made it all the more pleasant.
Good choice of Asian food.
I enjoyed one of the best chicken katsu sandwiches I have had anywhere. Our server did a great job serving even though the restaurant and her station was packed with large tables. It was also very good value.

For a business meeting, perfect location for only coffee and tea or a full service menu. Large enough facility to a more private meeting away from the crowd.
Went for a birthday lunch with friends. Was fairly quiet. Nice place but I guess because of covid and their restaurant having to close due to picketing hotel staff for over a year, that their menu is minimal and expensive compared to in years past. But again, still a decent place to eat, if I even for nostalgia sake.

It was a double date for my wife and I and another couple - dinner and a play at Gateway. The service was excellent - they made sure we were finished in time for the play. The food was very nice - good choices. The location was good for us - within easy walking distance of the Gateway. So I'm very happy that we chose Harold's as the restaurant to meet at for our double date.
Went later in the evening for a couple drinks.
Quiet atmosphere, quick and attentive bartender.

Our table was waiting our arrival, service was fast, our waiter knew the menu and described possibilities so we were informed. The noise level was very low, free. Parking. We will definitely return.
