I ordered a yam roll, one piece unagi nigiri, and two piece salmon toro. I did not receive unagi, but what I believe is cuttlefish instead - I would've gone back but I was already back at work. The yam roll was just yam, which was disappointing considering most places add cucumber, but that's totally fine because they didn't state they include cucumber. What sucked was the rice on the outside of the roll was clearly undercooked and was a bit difficult to chew as the center of each grain was firm. The salmon nigiri was good. There were two small hairs in my wasabi, and the spicy mayo I got on the side was translucent. I found this a bit concerning as spicy mayo is always opaque, while this one seemed almost like a gel.

I love this place. Unfortunately, the sushi rice was undercooked. Rice was tad crunchy on some grains. When you look at the rolls, grains have whiter colours on some grains.
I won’t hesitate to come back and try something different due to location and might change this review if things are better on the next visit.

A quite place hide in commerical area. Not to be expected but the big cut sashimi surprised me. Food is reasonable average.

Went for lunch on a Friday. Restaurant filled up fast after noon. Quite a few takeout orders. Service is a tad slow as there is only one waitress and one chef. We ordered the spicy combination and 2 orders of the wild salmon sashimi. The first was ok. Very good wild salmon. Also had edamame and mochi. Tea provided with lunch was good.
