Very disappointing experience. I ordered the steak medium, but it came out very tough and chewy, making it quite unpleasant to eat. The restaurant was also extremely cold and it felt like there was no heating at all, which made the whole dining experience very uncomfortable. On top of that, the service attitude was not great and we were asked to wait for about 45 minutes, which made the experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, both the food and the service did not meet expectations.

We had such a great experience at Hestia! We came with three families, which can sometimes be a lot to manage, but our server Emily handled everything so well. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive, making sure everyone had what they needed and that the kids and adults were all happy.

The food was fantastic across the board — everything we ordered was delicious and came out in great time. Emily really made the night special with her great service and positive attitude.

We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Hestia for a family dinner or group outing!

Enjoyed another great dinner at Hestia. Emily was our server tonight and she was great! Our kids have some allergies and she made sure we knew what dish was safe for them to eat. Emily was friendly, attentive, and the overall service we received made our night very enjoyable. She even spoiled our kids with some dessert at the end our meal. Food was great. I would recommend the beef short rib and bone marrow rice bowl, arugula salad with burrata, risotto, and the truffle mushroom rigatoni.

We asked our server, Emily, if we could change our table because I wanted to take pictures of my beautiful gf. She gladly obliged and cleaned the table thoroughly and quickly. The food was tasty and came pretty fast.

Went yesterday for dinner with my friends-- Ethan our server/bartender was funny and personable. Made excellent drinks and took care of us despite taking care of the bar at the same time. Would recommend the new york steak and prawns!
