I ordered through uber eats and paid to add pearls for one of the cups. There’s nowhere to complain through uber eat as it’s self pick up order.

Drinks are absolutely Fantastic and wait time was cool too! But the service really took a star off. I love the fact that they use decomposable straws. Though one time we went 10 minutes early but they just wouldn’t make one for us. Wish the opening hours were a little earlier. My favourite is the rice yogurt! It is so good!!! Recommended!

This was my worst online order experience. I tried to arrange a later pickup time right after placing my order on UberEATS, but the phone number listed didn’t work. So I ended up canceling the order. Shortly after, I found out that UberEATS doesn’t issue refunds once the merchant accepts the order. I wouldn’t have canceled if I had known that. I even tried to keep the order since I had already been charged, but again, their phone still didn’t work—there was no way to reach them.

Terrible experience. Our foreign friend went in to buy yogurt and was told to come back in 10 minutes even though the store was open and no one was in line.
When she returned, the staff refused to take her order just because she spoke English. She said, “I don’t speak English,” and wouldn’t even try to help. She had to show pictures to place an order.
This felt like clear discrimination. In Canada, everyone should be treated equally, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. We won’t be coming back.

I came in around 6:40 to order a drink when the place is supposed to close at 7pm but the girl in the front put a paper towel sign that said “close” on it. I asked if I was able to put in an order because it was not 7pm yet and she looked very impatient and only said “ I have many cup “.

I finally tried a drink here and was happily surprised at how delicious it was. I chose the strawberry mochi yogurt drink with no sweet, a little ice and, of course, the whipped cream. It was perfect!

I came into this with little expectations but it was really cool! I enjoyed the flavours and consistencies. I got the strawberry mochi yogurt and my sister got the peach mochi one. I liked both of them but preferred mine more. Was really good and really filling.
