I didn’t realize it before the epidemic, but now when I lower my chopsticks to drink tea, I’ll ask you to pay the bill. If you don’t drink enough tea, you have to leave. This is no longer the case.
Food was great. Service was decent.

Good Chinese restaurant food quality and service are good. Price is above average. If you join the club member only for 10 dollar w year. He can entuyled88% discount and free for tea charges
The current location has been renamed Fuxing, and the products are no surprise. There is much room for improvement. Service is up to standard. The dining room and toilets are clean. Large parking lot in front of the door. Location is close to Skytrain.

Food is alright and some items came out cold. Services wasn't as good.
Ridiculous long waiting time. POWER OUT after we ordered. No one told us that the kitchen DIDN’T work but they STILL took order! We waited for another 20 minutes and the waitress told us that they couldn’t serve food only until we asked. No apology. No explanation. Would NEVER EVER come here AGAIN.
it was so great experience. BBQ pork Bun was the best and the kids also liked special prawn dumpling and flat rice noodles. will come back to try the dinner menu.
