The current location has been renamed Fuxing, and the products are no surprise. There is much room for improvement. Service is up to standard. The dining room and toilets are clean. Large parking lot in front of the door. Location is close to Skytrain.
10% discount on everything , I think. They recently changed their Chinese name to 福興樓 although the signs bearing the previous name has not been replaced so it feels like you went to 鴻毛 . Food is in good portion. Good value for all the dim sum in general. Their menu is extensive. If you like spicy or Szechuan , you won’t be disappointed as there are a lot of spicy choices.
