A well-established Japanese restaurant location in Stevenson, Richmond. This restaurant survived COVID, and they serve fresh catch daily. Must-try restaurants.

Tasty bento dinner with nice service

The only gyoza that is on par with wife’s.

We ordered the Ichiro Premium Course (recommended for 2 people). The sashimi boat was decent but the appetizer sampler was a bit disappointing. There are 9 items in the sampler but honestly 4 of those are just basic dishes like edamame, gomae, seaweed salad, and pickled radish. I'd rather have just 6 items but with better appetizers.

The sushi dish was also a bit let down, there are 6 different pieces of sushi nigiri but it's difficult to share with another person (this is supposed to be a 2 persons combo). I'd rather have 3 kinds of nigiri but 2 pieces each (so still 6 pieces in total) then we don't have to decide who gets what.

Maybe their bento boxes and noodle combos would be better options.

Great Japanese food in Steveston! We tried the Fuji Bento Box and the Doraemon. Great flavours but prices are a bit on the higher side! The restaurant can get pretty busy so we made a reservation in advance, otherwise we would have to wait for sometime.

I came here because i saw in the menu they have grilled squid. It's my favourite and its hard to get it at Japanese restaurant in Richmond.

This is my second time to eat sushi at this restaurant, the first time I had a large uni set and when I got home I threw up so bad and today is my second time going back to this restaurant again, I ate raw fish and when I got home I felt really dizzy, I started to feel something was wrong. I will not go back here again and I do not recommend it. And the staff looked really bad after getting a tip.

Visited Richmond for a couple of hours to catch up with a friend and popped by this place. Lovely staff and their service was phenomenal + their food was to die for. They had a lot of sushi rolls to pick from but if you’re more of a bento guy, that have that too. We tried almost every roll they had on their menu. Must visit if you have not yet.

messy menu, basically u have the same items in different combinations over and over again with alternative prices. overpriced for what you get.

Excellent authentic Japanese food in Richmond BC. This is not a mass market diluted Japanese sushi experience. This is the real thing with artfully and carefully crafted dishes. Try the kaizen don or saba shio (grilled mackerel) among its many specialties.
