The chicken clay pot rice was quite nice with free range chicken. They cook it from scratch so be prepared to wait upwards of 20 minutes. The rice on the edges were cooked to the point of being crispy which my wife loves.$17 includes a small cup of tea.The food is quite good for food court food
CRISPY! CRISPY! CRISPY!Definitely one of the best (if not the best) places in Richmond for clay pot rice. Crispy rice at the bottom of the pot. The way it should be.The Free Range Chicken with Mushroom was soooo good. It took 20mins for them to make it. But it was well worth the wait.All the items were in English. Unlike some of the other food courts in Richmond, where they’re all in Chinese. Makes ordering so much easier.Will be back to try their other dishes.,
Truly a hidden gem for authentic clay pot rice. I got it with boneless chicken and mushrooms. Loaded with nappa cabbage and lots of ginger for flavour. They bake it so that bottom of the rice gets scorched and crispy, which is very rare to find anywhere. It takes 20 min cooking time so best to pre-order ahead.
