The beef rice roll😡… they use fake beef ( seems they put flour into the beef mixture)! Before is tasty.. I guess the shop sold to others
The shrimp was not fresh and had a very fishy taste and smell. The cashier is also rude and ungrateful for people spending their money here. Will never go again when there are better options at the food court with better service.

The best congee in Richmond — truly a hidden gem. I especially recommend getting takeout from here when you’re feeling under the weather or have no appetite.

I'm and Admiralty Center in Richmond is this hidden gem. For$12 you can have two eggs, that, pork chop, and a meaty beef noodle soup all with a drink, large, of your choice. It is delicious on it's taste alone but the price elevates the taste even more.

Congee and rice noodles cafe in a food court. Items are made to order so it took about 20 minutes. Congee has a good consistency - not too watery not too thick. I ordered beef and liver congee and it has a total of about 10 pieces of meat. The shrimp and BBQ pork rice rolls - BBQ pork is missing in about half of the rice rolls even the rice roll has a very tender and soft texture. The deep fried donut wrapped with rice roll is not very good - the deep fried donut is quite soft and there is no texture - soft on soft! The sweet donut is also very soft as they are made in batch and at the time of order, they are sitting there for a while. They do not have any drink menu in the morning.
The food court lighting is quite unappealing and people around speak quite loud.
If you are looking for good value congee and rice rolls it worths a try.

Little hidden gem in admiralty mall. This one specializes in congee and rice noodles! Ordered the shrimp and Chinese doughnut rice noodles as well as a sweet doughnut it. Everything is made to order so it isn’t fast, but also worth the wait. Food was spectacular, rice noodles are thick and chewy but silky as well. Definitely worth the price and taste!

If you check their menu, you’ll notice several variations of “imitation shark fin soup” (碗仔翅), including versions with bamboo fungus or fish. One might expect this to be their signature dish—especially since even the simplest version costs $8.50, a price point for what is supposed to be Hong Kong’s basic street food. However, disappointingly 90% of the time they only serve the most basic version.
For unknown reasons, It took over 20 minutes to prepare the soup in a very busy food court, which only heightened my expectations—expectations I soon regretted. The soup turned out overwhelmingly salty, yet completely lacking in depth, just one dimensional saltiness with no flavour; the cornstarch hasn’t fully dissolved, leaving visible clumps throughout, there was barely any shredded chicken and mushrooms, and the imitation shark fin was overcooked to the point losing its texture.
Honestly your 6 y.o. nephew could make it better than this restaurant. I just don’t know why they list the 4 soup variations along with the 4-5 other items in their front menu, like they are the must-try specialty.
Theie congee with beef and fish is thick, rich, and satisfying. The crispy Chinese donut wrapped in soft rice roll skin is of high quality, providing a perfect balance of textures.
You can never go wrong with the rice roll and congee combo! The congee is standard, and the rice roll is fulfilling (it has Chinese donuts stuffed in the middle).
I also got a side order of taro cake? I am not what it’s called but it’s soft and easy to eat. The reason I like it is because when I dip it in the congee, it cools the congee down and adds texture to the mix.

Soke of the best congee I've had in richmond
Quality of taste for cost of food aka bang for buck is great here. Asian folks are hard markers, shocked this is only rated at 3.5 stars.
Service is your usual experience for an asian food court.

The taste is average, and the porridge in Vancouver is second to none.In particular, my attitude was extremely bad and I refused to answer nine of my questions. There is curry on the menu, and when you place your order, you will say: "It's so hard to make curry!"Definitely recommend, for such poor quality, it's much better to go to Parker Place!

Authentic HK style breakfast...congee & chinese donut, very nice rice rolls, this food court can be very busy on weekends, easier on parking during the week, take out food is not a bad choice.
Parking: phone ahead to order your food, you will get an order number, i would park on the the street, take the elevator up to 2nd floor, less stress to pick up the food.
