Congee and rice noodles cafe in a food court. Items are made to order so it took about 20 minutes. Congee has a good consistency - not too watery not too thick. I ordered beef and liver congee and it has a total of about 10 pieces of meat. The shrimp and BBQ pork rice rolls - BBQ pork is missing in about half of the rice rolls even the rice roll has a very tender and soft texture. The deep fried donut wrapped with rice roll is not very good - the deep fried donut is quite soft...

Little hidden gem in admiralty mall. This one specializes in congee and rice noodles! Ordered the shrimp and Chinese doughnut rice noodles as well as a sweet doughnut it. Everything is made to order so it isn’t fast, but also worth the wait. Food was spectacular, rice noodles are thick and chewy but silky as well. Definitely worth the price and taste!

You can never go wrong with the rice roll and congee combo! The congee is standard, and the rice roll is fulfilling (it has Chinese donuts stuffed in the middle).
I also got a side order of taro cake? I am not what it’s called but it’s soft and easy to eat. The reason I like it is because when I dip it in the congee, it cools the congee down and adds texture to the mix.
