The barbecued pork smells of rice wine when you bite into it. The chef uses cooking rice wine to remove the smell of the meat before grilling it. I can't speak for every restaurant, but I have tried the famous Richmond barbecued pork. The taste is very special. The barbecued pork will be grilled evenly, and the lean barbecued pork will not dry out and turn into meaty residue at the back (this happens in Guangdong barbecue)The roasted pork/roasted pork belly has crispy skin, with distinct layers of meat and fat, one inch each, and a total of about 4 inches long. The chef is very skilled.It’s my first time to buy a double combo. My overall rating is 9/10. The texture of the roasted pork is on par with Ming’s, but the care in preparing the barbecued pork and the special aroma are unique. I will definitely repurchase.

I only came here because HK BBQ Master was closed. it's cheaper to order off the website here, I got my roast pork and barbecued pork.
This is officially my new favourite place for Cha Siu Rice!!! I used to love going to HK BBQ Master at Superstore, but now Juicy BBQ is so much better! The Cha Siu taste & texture were perfect, and the rice was cooked perfectly (not too soft/mushy).Also, they have tons of parking available, and it's never an issue.
