It's all about the Portuguese egg tart. omg. Other items (pineapple bun, mango cookies) are really good, too. But it's that egg tart alone that makes me want to move to Richmond! 😁

Asian bakery featuring the HK style and Cantonese bakery good but the quality is only acceptable only except it is well located right by the bus stop at Richmond centre and across from SkyTrain station. There are other better choices out in Richmond.

I generally love eating bread, but this place is just okay for me. We tried the Pinnaple bun, and it was too dry and broke so easily. The bbq pork bun was just ok. Imo, T&T is better. They have many selections from cake, some gift boxes, etc.
