It was similar to Japanese chicken cutlet, juicy and delicious. I was glad that I could choose brown rice. I recommend it.
I think it would be better if there was a set meal without curry.
Chicken katsu was fresh, delicious and well priced
I used to enjoy the pork cutlet at this restaurant with my kids because the portion was decent and satisfying. But recently, they changed the packaging and drastically reduced the amount of meat — almost by half! The price, however, stayed exactly the same.
If this had been the original portion size from the beginning, I wouldn’t have said anything. But cutting the quantity significantly while charging the same is nothing short of deceiving customers.
This is a blatant act of dishonesty and disrespect toward loyal customers. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before supporting a business that pulls this kind of stunt.

We arrived at 18:00, but she mentioned it was already closed. According to Google, it should have been open until 19:00.

All in all good. Fish is fresh and good quality. Price point is ok. Service is not the quickest but the satisfaction from the good makes up for it
I specifically go to Landsdowne just to eat here. All of the curry is great, but I highly recommend the pumpkin croquette. One of the best I’ve had!
Great food !
Curry is very affordable and tasty
A very economical choice, great for beating inflation. The food is great, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive!
The items are fresh and delicious. If you’re going for the hot comfort items the prices are reasonable. But for the poke bowls, it’s pricey any where you get them. But there’s definitely value here.
I love the ikura!
Next time I’ll try their tuna and chopped scallop bowl.

The Chicken Katsu is pretty good, the chicken is made to order and comes out crispy and has good flavor. The curry portion is a little bit on the small side and maybe a spoonful short for the meal. Overall I would recommend Katte when eating at Lansdowne, I definitely will add it to the rotation of places I eat at when there

The ingredients are super fresh. This place is a hidden gem in the Richmond Lansdowne food court. The price is reasonable. You should definitely try it.

My first time ordering Japanese food from Katte and I can say it was very good. The ikura and salmon sashimi over white rice along with avocado, cucumber and wasabi aioli was sooooo hood! It was worth $19.

I ordered because the review is high, but disappointed as the order was 90% rice with 3 small pieces of unagi and less than 1 spoon of cucumber. I went back to lady told her it's missing the daikon salad it says on the menu, but she instead she put some and that I ate it(??). She then reluctantly gave me still less than 1 tiny spoon of daikon and called. At other places you should get better service and more veggies than literally nothing but rice. Do not order from here, instead go for Saboten for better quality katsu similar price in Aberdeen and get Nobi Nobi's Unagi, you literally get the same Unagi with rice but so much more vegetables and side dishes and better service
