Parvinder was horrible. Tried to sub 2 popcorn chickens for sweet corn, complained when I asked if they could sub it for tenders or other chicken, then left for 10 minutes without giving us our sauces. Complained when we asked for them after waiting for her to come back.

the indian girl with glasses working at the register called me beta in her indian accent and started speaking in hindi(i am a black male), when i got offended and corrected her, she caused a scene and called me racist for trying to correct her ??????????????? I asked for her name to speak to her manager and she refused and threatened to take my order away completely, never coming back. Racist KFC, terrible service and food was extremely oily.

if i could give 0 stars i would. I had a truly disappointing experience at the KFC on Number Three Road that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was off. The place had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it difficult to enjoy my meal even before I ordered.
When I approached the counter, I encountered an Indian lady who seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in providing good customer service. Her attitude was quite dismissive, and when I asked about the menu, she responded curtly. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
To make matters worse, I believe I was overcharged for my meal. When I tried to address this issue, she not only refused to acknowledge the mistake but also escalated the situation. Instead of resolving the problem, she raised her voice, creating a scene that drew attention from other customers. I felt embarrassed and frustrated as she threatened to throw out the food I had already paid for.
To top it all off, the chicken I received was soggy and lacked the crispy texture I expect from KFC. It was far from appetizing, and combined with the foul smell in the restaurant, I couldn’t bring myself to enjoy the meal at all.
Overall, my experience was so negative that I will never return to this location. I hope the management takes notice of the service issues and addresses them, as it significantly impacted my visit. I really think the staff situation needs improvement to ensure future customers have a better experience.

Placed order over phone..said I'll b there in 10 mins..get there in 10 mins watched her put the big crunch in deep fryer..didn't even start it..asked for extra mayo didn't get it.so I waited 7 mins in store to get food that was dry barely any mayo.gross..waste of time..threw it out..I'm a driver not like I got my own extra mayo laying around..
