By far the worst kfc location in terms of flavor. Ordered a bucket of spicy chicken with gravy and flavor was tasteless. Seems like they forgot to put seasoning even with the gravy.

Best KFC and I have been eating KFC all my life. They use big pieces of chicken not like Richmond Mall outlet. Spicy is the best. No one who works at a fast food joint in Richmond can speak english so get used to it

I bought a burger tonight, which was supposed to have tomatoes, but when I got home, I realized there were none. When I called, I was told the store had run out. I can understand if ingredients are sometimes unavailable, but why not mention it before the customer places an order? It’s fine if there are no tomatoes, but there wasn’t even a simple apology—just a bunch of explanations.
On top of that, my fries were cold. Not only were they not fresh, but why would you serve customers cold fries? The person who answered the phone, Puneeti, had a really poor attitude. Although she did offer a solution, her service attitude seriously needs improvement.
Honestly, I probably won’t go back to this KFC again.

I ordered online and when I called the store to ask a question the girl answering the phone was so rude and she hung up on my husband. We asked for spicy white meat which we were told they didn't have. Then she proceeds to tell us there is an extra charge for white meat, which we said was fine. I asked her to give me whitr meat and would pay the difference when picking up the order. She then said she doesn't know the price difference and that we were being rude. They also said they don't have vegetarian options when they advertise it.
We had a credit from a previous order and the girl on the phone said she didn't have such credit
This store is always making mistakes and has the worst service.

Ordered a 4 piece meal, spicy with gravy.....Instead they gave me regular chicken, which was mushy and sour tasting. The gravy was half full and fries were stale.
Will not be going back to this terrible location.

Everytime i order here the chicken is always salty ! terrible waste of money ! I tried to order again yesterday hope there are some changes but hell its the same so Salty Chicken !
I came by on a Saturday (August 09) to pick up dinner. I always get the 12 peace with large fries and 2 small gravy. Always ask half and half White in spicy which I like and the dark meat in the original for my Wife. Every time I go there for the last 5 times . They always tell me they don't have ANY Spicy in White . The girl at the cashier ask the person from behind that they have white in spicy . By the looks of the girl in the kitchen said that they have some. The cashier said to me that they didn't have any spicy in White. I did question her about this .Looks like I was lied too. So I had to order all original . I hope that the Manager reads this and have a talk to her employees about being honest with the customer. Not happy there .
