Best KFC and I have been eating KFC all my life. They use big pieces of chicken not like Richmond Mall outlet. Spicy is the best. No one who works at a fast food joint in Richmond can speak english so get used to it

I dropped by this KFC on 3/25/2025 to use a 12pc bucket coupon. I was greeted by the cashier who was quite friendly, I think her name was Pukita (apologies for misspelling). I informed her that I wanted to use the coupon, which she accepted. As she processed my order, she communicated that they only had drumstick and thighs and asked whether that would be okay. Fortunately, those are my preferred pieces and I accepted this limitation.

The staff does their best, very friendly. People don't realize that it's not easy working in a hot kitchen, have to listen to grumpy customers, and still try to smile. This crew is awesome!!!
