The food and service at this location is hit and miss. I went to this location when it opened and everything was great. The last 2 times my orders have been real bad. The first time they gave me coleslaw instead of corn. Today I went there and seen a bag charge of .25 cents. They didn’t ask if I wanted a bag. I get home and everything is in one bucket compressed in. I thought to my self they didn’t ask if I wanted it separately or all together in one. If they made that decision then why not pack the fries and chicken separately. Come on you might want to start charging there otherwise you will lose customers very quickly.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I don’t even know where to begin. The front counter person (only one staff on) taking the orders was also the person getting the orders ready. This was DEFINITELY NOT KF CHICKEN!!!! The skin was soggy not crispy absolutely NO FLAVOUR!!! It tasted like frozen chicken purchased from the freezer section of the grocery store. It was not freshly prepared as for each order the person would go in the back and next thing you heard was a “ding” like that of a microwave. Stupid me that should have been my clue that something was very wrong. ANYWAY A WARNING!!! BEWARE This should not be a KFC shop!!!

Do not eat here the so call KFC chicken here. It has no taste at all has weird funny smell. I tossed the remaining chicken to the crows in the laneway they smell it and flew away. Spend your money somewhere else not here. Eat at the Burger King across the parking lot

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered from you guys on Uber Eats. The bag was torn open and the food items all askew inside. I also ordered a Diet Pepsi as I can’t have sugar, but you sent a regular Pepsi. Basically it’s all going in the trash and I need to go find another meal from another restaurant.
You guys messed up so many orders in the past year…. Not coming back.
