I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. The staff seemed to prioritize serving customers who walked up to the counter first, while my online order — placed more than 15 minutes earlier — kept getting pushed back by new walk-in customers.
It’s unclear what kind of queue system is being followed here, but it felt completely unfair. Overall, a very poor dining experience.

This is my favorite KFC in town. The quality and the consistency of the food is amazing. Maninder is always pleasant and the service from the rest of the staff is excellent. Their spicy recipe chicken is the best always fresh hot spicy and juicy. 2 piece chicken and fries almost daily :)

Ordered delivery . I live literally one minute away . Pickle chips were stale and dried out and had texture of kettle potato chips . Full order was cold . Gravy I ordered and paid for missing . It’s obvious the staff do not really care . Think they are making food well ahead of closing and letting it sit out at room temp . I ordered at 10:40pm today August 27th . 2nd time this occurred hope corporate can look into this .

Ordered through app. Food was ready earlier than estimated. Chicken was juicy and savory, not dry like what you usually get from other locations. So far it’s my favorite KFC location in metro Van. Will come back again!
