Kisamos is very hit and miss in the quality of food and service. Tonight on my take out souvlaki, she overcharged me by $6.00 and they also forgot to include tzatziki in my order and when I called to tell them, the manager sounded mad at her employees but didn’t apologize or do anything to remedy the situation. The rice was very bland. At other times when dining in, the food quality and service was excellent but it isn’t consistent unfortunately.

We drove all the way from downtown Vancouver during Friday rush hour to get there and it was well worth it!

Loved the Saganaki, Keftethes and chicken souvlaki entrees, as well as the warm family friendly atmosphere. We were very well attended to in spite of the busy hour, thank you all.

Must return soon!

Great taverna! Tasty flavorful place with great service! I am glad I found them! What did I order? I had Greek salad, 3 styles of souvlakia with lemons and baked potatoes, dolmathes and garlic yogurt. I guess many people choose Kisamos taverna over snobby, boring, near by waterfront restaurants. By the way they looked very busy even for large take outs! Probably because locals like them! And atmosphere is very casual, friendly and family style!
