All you can eat is the best. They have 3 different prices and menus for Dinner. Service is a little slow, but food makes up for it.You will leave fully satisfied.

All you can eat consisted of pretty average sushi with fake crab and no sesame seeds on rolls...limit of 4 pieces of sashimi for $24.95. If you want average sushi, this is the place.

3.5 stars rounded up.Decent quality for an ayce sushi place, at affordable prices. Good selection of different items, but sashimi is limited to 4 pieces for lunch. But for $24.99 I’m not complaining, since you’ll definitely get your money’s worth.Everything that gets ordered does show up, so that’s a plus. And the portions for chicken teriyaki/beef teriyaki (by the dish) is fairly well portioned too compared to other ayce sushi places.Would recommend if you’re starving and craving Japanese food. But of course just don’t go in expecting Miku and you’ll be set.Parking: Strip mall parking. Plenty of free parking

The food quality is not good, I had the most mediocre meal of all you can eatAfter ordering everything, I don’t want to order anymore. The salmon sushi, scallop hand rolls and dumplings are all acceptable, but I really can’t eat the others.

Went there for lunch with wife and kids on a week day. Place was buzzing. Great well lit atmosphere, good prices on their lunch combos and friendly service. Very good teriyaki chicken and sushi.

Good for a quick lunch. The portion is pretty good for the price. Not the best but good enough for a casual lunch .

Good place for Japanese food and fair prices. Polite staff! I do not order from the all you can eat menu. I prefer to order each dish individually like the hot iron plate dishes served in front of you!
My meal was delicious! Good service here! I especially love the California rolls, and the miso soup. ? ??

After reading three 1-star ratings and comments from August 2023 we hemmed and hawed but finally decided to give it a chance anyhow. We had the AYCE sushi and have no complaints. We read the fine print on the menu regarding "available only on weekends/holidays" but managed to miss the large print highlighted in red about the limit of 4 pieces/each of sashimi, were asked why we hadn't ordered any and had some added to the order. Service was excellent, fish was fresh, portions were appropriate (no skimping on fish with too much rice). I rarely ever post/comment in social media but I think that the 3 consecutive bad reviews no longer apply and this restaurant deserves another chance. Despite being further from home in N. Van this is my new favourite AYCE sushi bumping the former Richmond Sushi from the top spot.

This is one of the few AYCE left in metro Vancouver area. Not worth it at all! The Salmon Kama is the only decent item from the menu. The sashimi and sushi are not fresh. The rice from the sushi were piping hot…weird for sushi. The beef items were over salty. There are only 2 servers working all night. I do not recommend going.

I didn’t think it was possible to get mediocre sushi in the Lower Mainland anymore. As it turns out, I was wrong. I guess the price point is the highlight… but I should have understood it as a warning sign. The server got upset with me over a simple misunderstanding, which sealed the deal - once was enough for me and I won’t be back.
