In two years of living in Canada, this is the most wonderful and delicious place. I want to say that the service is at the highest level, which is very rare for many establishments. Special thanks for the wonderful menu and very tasty dishes. This is a wonderful experience in this excellent place.

This place is fantastic, always on point and my wife's and my go to spot to get some great food. The service is friendly, quick and knowledgeable. And the food is consistently on point. Honestly one of the things I love about this spot other than the great view and friendly service is the unique menu items. On top of your standard but classics, burgers, fish and chips, and pastas. They have some great comfort classics that you don't see at most restaurants like beef stroganoff and cabbage rolls (my wife's favorite). And according to her, they make the best Ceasers. The Kove is a definite go to for anyone

We had a great experience at Kove Kitchen! The restaurant has a beautiful, relaxed vibe with a cozy coastal feel perfect for a casual lunch or dinner by the water. The view really adds to the atmosphere and makes it a great spot to unwind.

We started with the calamari and truffle fries, both of which were perfectly crispy and flavorful. For mains, we had the fish and chips and the Baja fish tacos both were fresh, well-seasoned, and generously portioned. The fish was cooked just right, and the sides paired really well.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was smooth throughout. We also tried one of their signature cocktails, which was refreshing and nicely balanced.

Overall, Kove Kitchen is definitely a place we’d recommend if you’re in the Vancouver area. Great food, great view, and great vibes we’ll be back!

Came by with my wife for a drink on the patio to cool off from the hot weather. We were denied service because we wouldn't order any food. Absolutely ridiculous. Went to another patio near by and they were happy to serve us.

Came here for the beef stroganoff as we enjoyed it so much last month. Total disappointment this time because they used beef brisket instead of steak strips like we had last time. Big difference in texture and taste when you use brisket then do not call it beef stroganoff. Call it brisket stroganoff. If we are to come again I would call ahead and confirm the are using steak strips iso brisket otherwise we will dine elsewhere. Very disappointing for us this time.

I was at Kove Kitchen some days ago and had an interesting experience. I ordered a bottle of san Pellegrino, coffee, and an entire meal. I sat on the patio and enjoyed the 28 degree sunshine, enjoying the conversations with nearby tables and my meal. I was there for about an hour. As I asked for a refill of coffee, and poured another glass of sparkling water, another waitress came over to me and said what I was wearing was inappropriate (a bikini top and sweat shorts, with shoes) and that I would need to cover up with a blanket. I was completely thrown off. I had just sat there for an hour with no problem until I had finished ordering $50 worth of food and drink. I requested my bill and left. I have no problem not being served based on an outfit, however to have sat down for over an hour to then being asked to leave after ordering and completing an entire meal was ridiculous. The server that asked this was not from here. She was here for school from what I heard. She gave me a terrible look when she saw me use the restroom and proceeded to tell me to leave after.
