A few customers only but waiting time for the food was really long. Have been waiting for the fried rice for an hour long. Keep complaining but the waiter and waitress keep ignoring us while the food for other people was fast to come. Bad service and food was in average.

hi.this is not a good experience on Chinese new year dinner.i booked a table for 12 peoples.we are there at 5.30 for early dinner.it was a special
traditional chinese new year dinner menu on the table.no other regular menu there.i asked the waitress can I have regular dinner menu. She said it is only menu for tonight .so no other c
hoice . we just ordered the food from that menu .later we found out other table they can order food from regular menu. I asked the waitress why they can order food from regular menu.she said they are pre-order.after we paid $600 for the dinner .on our way out we saw most the table they had regular dishes from the regular menu.i asked the manager why we had to order the special menu.he doesn't know how to answer me.i was so upset the grand kids and us not really like the traditional new year food. The way they are not honest to the customers.NEVER WILL COME BACK.
Went to New Year’s Eve dinner tonight. We were in a room with two large tables. There was only one menu of traditional New Year dishes on the table. I asked the waiter for other usual menus and he said they were only doing this tonight.
New Year’s Meal. I always thought that special menus were prepared for Mother’s Day or Mid-Autumn Festival. I didn’t know it was a scam.
Halfway through the meal, I saw the neighbor at the table asking for green beans and sweet and sour pork. I asked the waiter if he could ask for regular stir-fry.
He said that he had made a reservation early in the morning and when he left, he saw that the other tables were all eating ordinary dinner plus some New Year dishes, but I wanted to eat traditional New Year dishes for 600 yuan. The most important thing was that I lived in the same room with my grandson. He ate what he liked, but it was not to his liking. When I asked the manager for an explanation, he hesitated and refused to help me in the future.
Dishonest to customer. Only good service to known customer.

This spot has quickly become one of my go-to places for dim sum, lunch, and dinner. It always perfectly delivers for a casual meal or celebrating something special.
On a few visits, we had the pleasure of trying their king crab—and wow. Cooked to absolute perfection, the meat was tender, sweet, and incredibly fresh. Honestly, it might be the best king crab you’ll find in Vancouver.
Dim sum here is equally impressive. The har gow has that perfect, thin translucent wrapper with juicy shrimp inside, and the siu mai are packed with flavor but never too heavy. You can tell they really care about the quality and presentation of each dish.
The service was friendly and professional without being over the top. Even when the place is buzzing, they manage to keep things running smoothly. Ann, the manager, is attentive and quick to handle any requests. Add to that a clean, modern setting with just the right level of elegance, and you’ve got an experience that’s more than worth a return visit, even in Vancouver with the abundance of Canto restaurants.
If you’re a fan of strictly refined Cantonese flavors and fresh seafood, this place is a total gem. Definitely one of Vancouver’s must-visit, top spots.

The fragrant mango and hundred-flower chicken is definitely a must-eat dish for Fulin, and is a must-eat for young and old alike. In addition, I have been to many restaurants to eat bean sprouts, but only this one only eats young bean sprouts, while other restaurants do not eat bean sprouts.

We used to go to Red Star on Granville but stopped because the restaurant changed hands. A lot of the menu items changed and our favourite dessert disappeared from the menu. So glad they serve it here! Apparently the staff from Red Star all came here. Will be coming back for sure.

A nice place for Dim sum at the 3nd level in Cosmo Plaza on Garden City Road in Richmond. Parking lot is fairly crowded. Under the new management the food quality is pretty good for the price level. They don’t have any early bird discount but since the restaurant is not too noisy you can have a longer dim sum lunch and a nice chat.
We had BBQ pork pastry and we liked the nostalgic look and taste.
We also had soy sauce noodles (from the lunch specials) with bean sprouts and vegetable with fish raul . We finished everything.
From the dim sum menu, we ordered also the steamed sweet dough (The kitchen mistaken our order and made it deep fried but the staff quickly got it right for us!) We really really like it!
