Super tasty. I was so so so surprised when i tried their macha cheese cake. I never write comment for any cafe and this is my first time. They definitely deserve my first time comment. Unforgettable. Strongly recommend if you love macha or you dont like cake to be too sweet
1. if you cannot handle too many order, don't take it. I waited for 45mins to get my order. Completely no respect to your customers.
2. I was told that the mother bento comes with a flower, but no flower was included.
3. Your staff threw away the card machine recipes everywhere in the storefront. Does your permit allow you to do so? Are all the taxpayers responsible for cleaning your garbage? I will address the issue to the city.
If you cannot handle the workload from online order please just don’t do it. I ordered 3 slices of cake one day ahead and pick up in store. There was only one customer in front of me who wants to order 4 cakes. Before she has the chance to make the order your only clerk spend more than five minutes to take another order on the phone. At the same time there are 5 other stews working on boxes folding, chatting to each other and enjoy their easy working time.
