I was really disappointed with my friend’s recent experience. He ordered his steak medium rare, but it arrived noticeably undercooked almost raw. We didn’t realize it right away because the lighting inside was very dark, and he had already eaten part of it before noticing how undercooked it was. When he brought it to the staff’s attention, they were very polite and genuinely apologetic. However, after checking with their boss, they told him they would just re-cook the same steak instead of preparing a new one. I work in the food industry and understand proper food safety standards, so hearing that was extremely frustrating. Re cooking a partially eaten and undercooked steak is not acceptable practice in any kitchen. The staff clearly tried their best, but the boss simply didn’t seem to care. Overall, the situation left us disappointed and concerned about the restaurant’s food handling procedures.

Food was very decent and tasted like a proper home cooked meal but the price is insanely affordable (19$ for a good plate of steak is wild). Service was nice and quick. The atmosphere was cozy. Steak was tender and juicy with a good char and the salmon was moist and flaky.

Two of us ordered the burger with cheese. Great burger. Cooked just right. It came with an oil and vinegar sauce. My partner had a coke. Total roughly 30.00 for dinner very reasonable. Quick service. We were there around 5pm so it was not very busy. Not out first time there. Other dishes are alao great options.
