I have never eaten beef entrails in this dark colour before. This one either over cooked or freeze for a while. Bitter taste.

I had beef offal noodles and snake soup. The snake soup tasted ok, but I don’t know if the beef offal was not washed cleanly. It seemed to have a strange smell...

The beef noodle was really good. The owner agreed to give us half brisket half tendon. The meat was super soft and juicy. The thin egg noodles were okay too. Definitely recommend.

牛雜瀨 not cheap at about $13.90 a bowl. Portions not that big but that's okay since everyone is trying to make a living. This is about as close as you can get to getting something like this in hong kong. 牛榜 had a bit of bitter taste. Maybe didn't clean it well enough. Overall, good place for lunch.

The snake soup is highly recommended. Don’t worry; it doesn’t have a strange taste. Of course, it’s located in an old food court, so don’t expect the dining environment to be ideal. This is for those who haven’t tried snake soup and are adventurous!

Friendly staff, accommodating service. But this food does not taste the traditional Cantonese cuisine cooking. The soup is a bland general suit all soup, with onion flakes (not typical). The noodle is very fine, the beef etc were soft but not the beautiful or delicious pieces but a general soy sauce taste. The free tea is also strangely no tea taste. Disappointed.

If you drank too much the night before and want to sober up the next morning, have a bowl of beef brisket noodles here. If you don’t eat it for a while, you will think that you have eaten it for many years without knowing it.

Best beef noodle soup. Their home made chilli sauce is awesome, it goes well with Chinese cooking or food dip. They also sell their chili sauce, a bottle for $11.00, price is worth it. The place is in a small foodcourt.

The beef mix rice noodle is okay, but the soup is not rich enough. The whole mall seems like it's closing with only a few stores

I bought a snake soup, which is very different from the ones in Hong Kong. Also, I didn’t know whether the soup base was Chinese medicine or stewed.

The food is terrible, will never be back.

Generic beef based broth used in beef-less item such as fish ball noodles. But no worries if you order their beef noodles. Beef is their speciality. Their beef is tender and flavourful. Brisket and tendon almost melt in your mouth , minimal chewing needed. 4 fish balls and 4 sliced fish cake in my flat rice noodle bowl for $12.99. Included condiments: cup of tea, house-made chill sauce. Options: added radish and / or additional protein for a price.Soup contains added green onion & preserved “dong choi’. Ask to skip if not desired.I hope this long time HK style noodle shop will stay despite of the pressure from inflation and shortage of labour.
