This place is a hidden gem! The food is delicious, especially the fire grilled chicken wrap. They have many other awesome offerings on the menu too. The staff are so kind and friendly. It is also a fantastic place to do some plane spotting while you're enjoying your food. Parking is limited.

the food quality is really good. We ordered a couple of pide, khinkali, beef wrap and bbq lamb - all of them were freshly cooked and super delicious! It’s not a fancy place, but feels cozy.

[UPDATE, September 2025]: Interior inside is not so awesome though. Putting foosball table next to dining tables was not a smart idea. Gets super noisy at times, kind of like IKEA kids zone experience. No one ever asked if the food was good, even on our way out. Our first experience here was much better, not sure what's up. You pay upfront btw, including tips. If you choose to sit inside you're your own server, kind of like IKEA with less tables and more noise at times.
Their basturma and sujuk for takeout are okay though.

As someone from a Lebanese background it is amazing to know that Vancouver finally has an authentic Armenian place.
The owners take quality seriously towards their food, on top of that, they are beyond hospitable towards their customers.
The meat lamajoun/lahme b ajein was perfect and the prices are reasonable as well.
Please note this isn't fast food, so do expect to wait some time for your order.
Highly recommend this place to my friends and family.
Update Aug 2025: unfortunately this place does not live up to its hype from years ago. We waited almost 45 minutes for our lavash bread. In between that time, she mentioned they are preparing it… then when we finally get it, it’s not even fresh and they only make bread between mon-fri and we came on a Saturday…. Unsure why you’re telling customers to wait for pre packaged bread.
