Loved how you can choose between Wide and Thin Noodle now, Taste imo is even better than before!! Chef seems to be the son of the old owners, you know he cares when staff is busy and he helps greets and even serves the customers. Now onto the food.
N3. Beef and Tendon Noodle with thin noodle was amazing, perfectly balanced taste, mild spice and perfectly chewy noodles. Love how it came with fresh green onions and pickled sour mustard.
Chicken Nuggets were bomb, perfectly fried goodness and well seasoned, didnt even need a sauce with it
Wintermelon Tea for $3?? best price in town
All in all, i'll be back. I believe this to be the best TW beef noodle spot in town Thanks for coming back Lao Shan Dong!

This place is quickly becoming my favorite, thanks in large part to its unbeatable convenience. Located less than a five minute walk from my home, it's the definition of a perfect neighborhood spot.
Now, for the most important part, the food. I've visited twice so far and have been impressed. My go to has been their beef noodle soup. On my first visit, I ordered the spicy version, and on my second, I tried the non spicy. Both were solid and flavorful.
I've also sampled their fried chicken bites and the tofu. The chicken was a real standout perfectly crispy and well seasoned. The tofu was a bit bland for my taste, though that's somewhat to be expected; it served as a nice neutral counterpoint to the richer dishes.
The service is exactly what you'd hope for from a small, family owned restaurant: friendly, efficient, and unpretentious. While it's not a fine dining experience, that's not the point here. You come for genuinely good, comforting food served in a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back for more.
