The bubble tea here is very good and it's one of my go to spots in Richmond. My favorites are the mango pomelo sago and the Assam milk tea. I like the fact that they use real ingredients in their drinks and you can definitely taste the difference. If you dine in at Dinesty you get an even better deal on their drinks.

We ordered 2 cups of Cane flavour drinks and 2 cups of Mango slush drinks. Drinks lack any kind of flavours. With so many other options in Richmond, you should do yourself a favour and skip this shop

Not a bad place to get bubble tea in the area with special deals and attached to the Dinesty restaurant nearby. They have a nice variety of drinks including slush, green tea and milk tea.
We were a bit disappointed that they didnt have pearls ready when we went and they forgot the agar jelly in one of the drinks as well. Taste was a bit sweeter even when asking for low sugar but overall, good drinks.
Although the staff are nice, they are a bit slow because they make drinks for the restaurant as well.

Mediocre at best. They were showcasing the grapefruit tea. When ordering the mango saigo we were told they ran out of grapefruit 😅. Anyway I thought to order the peach green tea. I might revisit later on.

Awful customer service…pretty much like others who reviewed this place. Closed before the closing hour, we walked in and looked at the menu for 5-ish minutes. The lady behind the counter never greeted us, never said a single word. Once we are ready to order, then she said the store is closed. Total waste of time and the owner obviously needs some work for training their employees. (Or maybe hire someone who is polite and mannered)

First time we came for their grand opening deal about one hour before closing, they told us they were already not accepting orders at that time because they couldn't keep up with the amount of orders they received, and that if I had ordered at that time it would take over an hour of a wait.
So, we arrived shortly after they opened this morning, and waited for almost an hour again for our drink from waiting in line to receiving our drink. Service was slow, and drinks were mediocre. Even at 50% sugar, the Soy Milk Roasted Oolong Tea was super sweet and I can only taste sweet soy milk (sweeter than commercial sweetened soy milk) and no Oolong Tea even though I added the Roasted Oolong Tea Jelly to it too! It won't be a Top 5 place I'd recommend to friends and family for bubble tea.

Got 3 of the promo drinks, pineapple green tea, Qing milk tea and Mango slush. Mango slush, really good light and refreshing. Qing milk tea with pearls was eh, milk tea is basic nothing amazing a little more floral then the usual tea but the pearls were undercooked and chewy as hell. Pineapple green tea was good again light and refreshing. The poor girl at the counter is overwhelmed, she's taking all the orders, and handing everything out herself when there's easily a dozen drinks coming out at a time. It disruptes the ordering flow and the line moves very slowly
Dropping to 3 stars, the pearls gave my stomach a hard time even though I only ate about 5

Busy because of the discounts, so lines are expected. They use actual fruit not just syrop like some other shops. Drinks are not too sweet and is average price with toppings cheaper than some places. Will be back later to check again.

Please read the reviews below. They ain't lying! Asked multiple times if the order was completed and was told not. Finally after 30 minutes they were finally willing to give me my drink that was sitting right on the counter for the last 30 minutes! And right, they still had to be rude about it.
The drink was at best mediocre. Nothing great. Definitely not worth it.
Read some other reviews, they were even able to make people cry!
